Shipping Policy

HTP Supps uses a variety of parcel services for all deliveries. Once you place an order before 11am on any business day and if payment has been received, the order will be processed for shipping. If the item is in stock at our distribution centre, it will be sent same day, depending on the volume of orders for that day. If the order is sent from our USA warehouse, the order will be processed on the next day. All orders received after 11am will be processed on the next business day, depending on if the stock is on hand in our distribution centre or our USA warehouse. If stock is not on hand, we will try to source it from the manufacturer which may take a few days to receive. Most orders will be received by the customer within 7 business days, except for orders being sent to a Post Office Box or Parcel Locker from our USA warehouse. Orders being sent to a Post Office Box or Parcel Locker coming from our USA warehouse, may take up to 14 days due to Australia Post delays in shipping from overseas. Items being shipped from our Distribution Centre will take between 3-7 days. From time to time we may send an order out with products on back order, which will be sent at a later date, usually within 5 business days, at no extra cost. Once the parcel is received by our parcel sending service, a tracking number will be either emailed or sent by text message to your mobile phone. 

An invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been received. 

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $99. For orders below $99, a shipping fee of $12 is charged.

We ship Monday through Friday, except on any public holiday (including public holidays in the USA and Australia). Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the shipping provider's system for update.

*Note: For orders sent from our USA warehouse; If for any reason your order is held by customs and not received, you will have a choice of a refund or we will resend the order from our Australian Distribution Centre.

As a retail store policy, we will only except up to 6 units of the same item being ordered, including flavours. Bulk orders of 6 or more of the same product will not be honoured and the order will be cancelled. This is to comply with the Australian Personal Importation Scheme.

All items on our website are for personal use only and come under the 'Personal Importation Scheme' which allows you to legally import from overseas a 3-month supply of most therapeutic goods for personal use or for use by someone in your immediate family.
